Alternative Clause

Customers will be informed when they place the order. Even if the value of the substitute product is higher than the original product, the price will remain unchanged without any additional payment.

Change Order

The change of order takes at least 48 hours prior to the delivery date, please contact Sa Fleur's customer service for the arrangement.

If you change your order 48 hours prior to the delivery date, you may need to pay the price difference, the difference will not be refunded if the new order is in a lower price than the previous order. The Company will not accept any request for change of order within 48 hours prior to the delivery date.

The company will not accept any order cancellation.

Return and Replacement

In any case, the Company will only consider the replacement of goods, not refund or compensation.

If the goods you receive are defective or damaged (not the customer's mistake), or the goods are not ordered by the customer or the delivery amount is incorrect, you must raise the issue on the receiving date, and the Company will accept the return goods for reasonable reasons, and immediately arrange for replacement of goods and re-delivery.
